Need to improve on: 1. Hot water shower room 311 inconsistent. 2. Water pressure poor. 3. No smoking area in cafe.

We stay inthis hotel for 3 night, but the second night one of our room(we booked 2 room) was not cleaned at all. The breakfast was poor just limited menu, without juice only water.
