Wife and I first trip to Italy.
We both loved the hotel. Very friendly staff.we stayed 5 night and was walking distance from everything.

Room were filthy and dirty, bad smell coming from the toilet so bad we bought a toilet deodoriser to cover it. Poor lighting in the room. No microwave or anywhere to heat food or drinks. The shower head was broken and couldn’t stay up. Toilet so close to the sink my husband couldn't fit properly. Beds were a little shirt for a 5'10 person. Elevator so small 5 people barely fit and so slow we tried the stairs but regretted that because every level is held up with scaffolding.

Front desk had no record of our reservation. I had to show my confirmation email in order to get a room. Instead of the 2 twin beds I requested, we were given a single queen bed. The mattress was uncomfortably firm, and the pillows were flat and hard. There was no bath mat in the bathroom to absorb water, and not even an extra towel (1 hand towel for 2 people). The walls are bare and the place looks like a dump.

Pro: close to transportation, bathroom was clean, room was cleaned daily. AC worked. Has an elevator.
Con: my hotel room door did not lock, did not discover this problem until day before checking out. Beds were hard. The place is run down. Holes in ceiling

Place to sleep near the railway terminus for one night in Rome so quite convenient. If I were staying longer I would definitely not stay here. Not clean, not a good look. Tatty place. Opposite of luxury.
