Decent location, less than 5min walk to the Tainan (Rear) Train Stn. There’s a Far East shopping mall right next to it for ease of access to dining / coffee fix. Conveniently located at the heart of Tainan, easy to travel around via uber to cultural and historic attractions in the city for instance Confucius Temple, Anping Tree House among others. As well as the must visit night markets like in Taipei. Staffs are also very helpful and friendly, with good command of English. Decent sound proofing for good slp and complimentary parking available if you drive.
