Tap water not bottles suppled, coffee tasted absolutely revolted was poured away, carpet needed a good vacuum I would say it’s more like a travel lodge. The bedding and towels were clean hence the 3 stars

Decent room. Amazing shower pressure. High quality tea and coffee in the room. Nice aircon. Decent TV. Comfortable beds. Slow elevators. Cumbersome and lengthy check-in process. Complicated hotel layout. Close to transport. Thin walls. I wouldn't avoid it but I'd check what other options there are first.

The staff was very kind, and they will store your luggage if you arrive before check in or leave after check out. The hotel is right next to a metro station and cafes, so it was very conveniently located for our overnight stay in London.
