overall, my stay here was nothing but amazing and unforgettable. the place is near everything. train, metro, bus station and even local shops. the room was pretty decent, spacious, clean and comfortable. I’ll definitely gonna go back here and would recommend to friends and relatives.

The location of ibis Sydney Central is fantastic! You are in between CBD and Surry Hills so exploring both areas is just within walking distance. The hotel is also very close to Musuem Station when there is a need to take the train. What I want to commend also are the front desks ladies, Simran and Ine, who so graciously accommodated my requests upon check-in. Such excellent and pleasant service from them.

We enjoyed our stay at ibis Styles Sydney Central. Far from the crowd but near transpo options. The bed is comfy, and the room have ample space for 3 persons. The staff are nice and accommodating. We were able to do early check in for free. Love it.

The location of the hotel is close to the Museum Station, although there’s some slopes on the way to the hotel. Express check-in and check out allows you to get and return your room access card in a few minutes, but the $1 deposit has to be paid by card. The hotel restaurant serves nice ramen and you will receive a 15% off discount coupon if you stay in the hotel during check in. The space of the room is larger than expected with a couch in the room and a mini pantry. However, only the basics were provided and no microwave was available in the room. After room check, the kettle was found missing and had to call the front desk to request. Further found out that the trash bin in the room was lost on the next day when house keeping came for room cleaning. Felt like the room was not really ready for service.

My family has enjoyed our stay in this hotel. The service is stellar and we love that we were able to feel comfortable and at home in this hotel. The location is just perfect for our kids, almost all tourist spots are just walking distance from this hotel. We also want to commend the ALL the staff - they were very accomodating, friendly, professional and handled all our requests swiftly. Will definitely recommend this and come back again!
