Stayed with family

Location is amazing! You honestly cannot get a better location. Right across the street from Buckingham Palace, 20 min walk to London Eye, Westminster Abby, 30 min walk to Piccadilly Circus. The staff are so great. Very kind and helpful. The only downfall is the room was very small for a family of 4. I don’t know that I would necessarily call it a “family suite”. It was difficult to move around the room because the cot and pull out were right in the middle of the room leaving only a narrow space and each end to get by. Would stay here agin for sure!

This was a delightful experience. It is a classy hotel with lovely appointments. It is well located near everything. The staff were especially helpful and the food was tasty. I highly recommend this for your next stay in London.

Fantastic! We had a fabulous stay at the Reubens. The staff are wonderful. We appreciated the attention to detail and helpful service by the staff in all areas, the food was really good too. We will definitely stay there again, 5 stars. THANK YOU!

Great
Very very cosy double but ideal for a one night stay within a literal stones throw from Buckingham Palace. Comfy bed and tasty breakfast. Aircon worked well. The French bellman was extremely kind and helpful.
