Unfortunately listing did not mention extra charge for parking Lygon street is not an easy place to find breakfast- we had to travel into the city Old furnishings but clean and very comfortable bed, but great to have the extra space in the room

The location is great but the TV didn't work properly and i was right next to a restaurant that was super noisy while cleaning up at like 1am? That's just ridiculous. There should be noise restrictions after 12am.

The overall facilities are excellent - cooking and laundry equipment. We were very impressed with the help received from the gentleman at the main desk. He went out of his way to assist with directions and room appliances. Very friendly manner.

The staff were amazing. Nothing was a problem. The room was quite big and clean. We have normally stayed in more expensive hotels but as we were only their 5 days decided that n the cheaper option and was pleasantly surprised 😊
