I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly accommodating and always greeted us with a smile, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. A special thanks to the housekeeping team鈥攖he housekeeper was exceptionally warm, friendly, and consistently kept our room spotless every day. Their attention to detail truly made a difference. The hotel's location is another huge advantage. It's conveniently situated, making it easy to get around and access nearby attractions, restaurants, and other essentials. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for excellent service, clean and comfortable accommodations, and a great location. I would definitely stay here again!

no complains whatsoever about the location. well placed in TST, with an entrance to TST MTR station just across the road (exit L4) and with an elevator! tho the hotel does looked a little tired and in need of some refreshing. the corridors smell is stale and amenities in the room are also dated. overall, still a good stay and the location is the big winner here.

The hotel is clean, spaceous, near to all stores and train stations. I definitely recommend this to all who are staying in Hong Kong TST. Just be ready with their deposit of 2k hkd. for a compfy hotel and accessible to all this is for you.

The hotel has a vintage, classy vibe, one that you see in old movies - in a positive way, of course. The lobby and room itself is spacious. The concierge is friendly. The hotel is located near the harbour and K11, which makes it accessible to different spots.

very good location, only couple steps away from mtr station. choose tsim sha tsui station exit L6 and you will be at the back door of YMCA hotel. all the receptionists are polite and nice. room is comfortable enough. this is a very good 4 star hotel.

Everyone is helpful. We did a late checkin and Allan gave us an upgrade with the harbour view. It鈥檚 near the MTR, 7/11 and food stalls.
