very central and convenient location. Many local restaurants and 711 shops around. MTR is 1 min walk. we stayed at a suite. very spacious and clean. every staff I met was very helpful, especially Bennis from the reservation team, he was super helpful and friendly and patient with all my questions. many thanks!!

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly accommodating and always greeted us with a smile, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. A special thanks to the housekeeping team鈥攖he housekeeper was exceptionally warm, friendly, and consistently kept our room spotless every day. Their attention to detail truly made a difference. The hotel's location is another huge advantage. It's conveniently situated, making it easy to get around and access nearby attractions, restaurants, and other essentials. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for excellent service, clean and comfortable accommodations, and a great location. I would definitely stay here again!

no complains whatsoever about the location. well placed in TST, with an entrance to TST MTR station just across the road (exit L4) and with an elevator! tho the hotel does looked a little tired and in need of some refreshing. the corridors smell is stale and amenities in the room are also dated. overall, still a good stay and the location is the big winner here.
