It was air conditioned, clean and great location. There is an auto light issue that was always going on and off while in the bathroom. And as the toilet sink and shower were the same space, it was wet and cramped in the bathroom but I would stay there again.

I have a disability, which I reported to the staff checking me in. After mentioning my disability and asking for help with my luggage, she begrudgingly assisted but refused to help with all the bags. I was clearly in distress but she seemed very upset with helping me. She treated me like I was a burden and not as a hotel guest deserving kindness and respect.

Very clean, contemporary room with great decor, a good selection of teas and coffee and lovely smelling body and hand wash. Staff were very welcoming and happy!

Solo stay

I was there during the May heat wave. There is no a/c in the rooms, they did provide a fan, but with 90+ degree weather it was unbearable. The hallways were even hotter than the rooms. The lobby was a/c... and they are "trying to get city approvals to install" but, nothing thus far. I asked for ice, and they had one tray in their refrigerator/freezer/ At least install an ice machine! I would definitely stay again, (as I have twice in the past) -- but only in the winter!

The staff and location of the hotel were amazing! Everyone was so friendly as I navigated London, not to mention the rooms were clean and did the job for the amount of time I was there for. The location was more than ideal to everything in central London.
