The only thing this place has going for it is its location. Unfortunately, I couldn't recommend staying here. When we arrived, we were greeted by a young woman who made us feel as though we were interrupting her phone call. Rather than feeling welcomed, we felt like an inconvenience. We were given a room in the basement, with a window looking out onto the internal stairwell. The curtains didn't close properly, so light constantly streamed into the room, even during the night. To make matters worse, our room appeared to be next to the laundry room, and we were woken very early each morning by staff banging around in the hallway. Overall, we had a very poor stay and would not return.

The room was very small BUT the price we paid was excellent it was clean the shower was very good you could not find Fault with anything.for the price over all fantastic. Great location.

Ok for one night, you get what you pay for… However, I was surprised at just how slippery/oily/grimy the floor was in the Family Room, I had to wear shoes, as it was pretty yucky!

The mattress had a massive fold in there was a big dip across the middle of it so very uncomfortable. We then tried to make it better by folding the duvet to fill this hole as we were in the heatwave we could then just sleep under the sheet. This was when we realised how filthy the duvet, mattress and mattress protectors were. It was late at night and there was no one in reception so we had no choice but to put up with it. The following morning the staff really didn’t seem to care and said they would replace the duvet but not the mattress. We would definitely never stay again.

Very nice and convenient hotel to stay in for events and sightseeing. Booked a long time ago and thought breakfast would be included. Wasn’t too bad as lots of places around the area providing good meals, etc. Just had issue with slow draining shower, a little worrying this wasn’t noticed during cleaning.
