Clean ang spacious. Staff is accomodating and friendly.

I booked a room at Propiedad Residences for a friend’s overnight stay. My friend enjoyed his stay and found the room spacious, clean and homey. Street parking is allowed along the side of Propiedad. The hotel staff members I interacted with (when I arrived to check my friend in) were friendly and courteous.

Been to some major expensive hotels in the past both local and abroad, and surely you get what you pay for. But I must say that Propiedad Residences never disappoint in terms of being a budget friendly accommodation with quality and standards. Stayed here several times already and I can tell how smooth every booking is via KLOOK (eating points is fun! lol) Staffs are much welcoming here too and easy update if you want to have your room cleaned. Tipping them in an average of 50 pesos and they’re so much appreciative. We feel safe I must say. Left the key inserted at the door the whole night and woke up realizing it. The thought of it really made us feel that what if someone just entered the room without us knowing while asleep is terrifying. Yet this place is well secured and we are beyond grateful for the security it renders. The room is clean, spacious, homey and cozy. Accesibility from getting quick meals, rides and walking distance places to go is easy. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. A must recommended sanctuary for safe stay that feels like home away from home. Will surely book again in the future. Thank you so much Propiedad Residence, we had an amazing safe and sound stay!
