need more variety on food choices

We had a relaxing and truly worthwhile two-day staycation at this hotel. Thank you for the excellent service and warm hospitality, from the front-of-house staff to the housekeeping and utility team. Every moment was worth the trip and the stay. We truly appreciate everything and will definitely be coming back! God bless you all! ❤️

Great service and great hotel to stay

Great Stay at Hotel 101 Fort! ⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a great stay at Hotel 101 Fort! The room had a nice city view, and the breakfast was good with a nice selection of food. The staff were friendly, helpful, and accommodating, which made the stay even more enjoyable. The swimming pool was good and a nice place to relax. The gym was okay, although it could be improved by adding more equipment. One downside was the elevators. Some of them were not working, which caused delays and made the waiting time quite long, especially during busy hours. Hopefully, this can be improved for a better guest experience. Overall, I had a pleasant and comfortable stay. With a few improvements, especially with the elevators and gym equipment, Hotel 101 Fort could provide an even better experience. I would consider staying here again!

The location of this property is unbeatable, and the pricing is very competitive. It is an easy walk to SM Aura and Market! Market!, with a 7-Eleven and Mang Inasal right in the building. Having morning taho, pandesal, and fresh talipapa right outside the lobby was a delightful touch, and the room microwave was super practical. Unfortunately, the rest of the stay was disappointing. Check-in was slow despite pre-registering; they strictly enforce check-in times and do not accommodate early arrivals easily. The area feels congested, and elevator service is frustratingly slow. The lifts stop on almost every floor, with hot, stuffy cabs during peak hours. Inside the room, the AC failed to cool the space properly, soundproofing was poor with loud hallway noise, and most alarmingly, there were multiple small cockroaches crawling around (some even got into our luggage).

The hotel is a walkable distance from Market Market, with a dedidated covered pedestrian lane. The room is complete with a microwave, mini ref and faucet and sink. There are lots of cabinets and cabinets for storing food or clothes. There is also a fire extinguisher under the sink. A flashlight inside the wardrobe cabinets. There are provided bathrobes, towels, slippers and other bath essentials good for two persons. The breakfast has a variety of viands, like ham, eggs, bacon, baked beans with ground pork, baby potatoes and sausages. There is also a cereal and salad bar and you can make your own waffles. The check in took a while since there are many guests, same with the queu for the elevators since there are only three working elevators.
