Overall, we had a great stay at Hotel Casiana. The staff were all kind and accommodating, including the front desk personnel and security guards. Everyone was friendly, and we truly appreciated their hospitality. The hotel was a great place to stay, and we had a good experience overall. We had a pleasant stay overall. The staff were nice, friendly, and accommodating. The pool was definitely a highlight and worth it, especially since it’s heated, which made swimming really enjoyable. The room could use a few more basic toiletries though, and the Wi-Fi connection was very weak during our stay. Overall, it was still a nice and comfortable experience.

Hotel Casiana is clean, modern, and very cozy. The location is super convenient, though being situated right along two main roads means you do get a bit of traffic noise. The staff were exceptionally warm and helpful throughout our stay. A small drawback is the lack of water dispensers on the floors, but overall, it’s a solid and comfortable choice in Tagaytay. - jayetravels.com

Check in process was a bit slow, no slippers and blower when we got into the room, had to ask twice from the front desk, internet was soooooo sloow we cannot watch Netflix, our data is faster than their wifi.

We had a nice stay but not perfect. We love the heated pool it was relaxing but the downside was with the service. We add an extra bed on our room since there’s 3 of us but it was never provided. Its hard to contact their house keeping for the bed and extra towel and toiletries, I contacted the front desk and they ask me to contact the house keeping. When I finally contacted the hk, they ask for our room number but they never came. When we went out again I asked the frontdesk to charge as for extra person only since the extra bed never came along with the requested towel. They are nice and polite but that’s just it.
