The guest responsible for check-in must be aged 0 or above In accordance with Phase 1 of the updates to the Product Eco-responsibility Ordinance, starting from 22 April 2024, hotels in Hong Kong will no longer offer complimentary plastic-based toiletries listed in the Ordinance.
