Great place to stay! The suite was clean, comfortable, safe, and secure. The location was perfect within walking distance of the CN Tower, the aquarium, Harbourfront, and many restaurants. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back!

Check in was not smooth. Took over an hour and could be much more efficient.
Pool was also closed which was a huge disappointment for of stay and rate.

I thought it was a hotel turns out it’s an air b and b, you are sharing space with people that is hosted by someone else, I had an incident where people were up around 2-3am yelling cursing fighting but turned out my host couldn’t do anything about it cause they were hosted by someone else and security is only there until 1am. My suite was clean and we had a nice view no complaints on the room or my host he replied to me in a reasonable time when needed the space was really comfortable

We paid for parking and our original parking spot was taken. The security guard had to call and find us a new spot. Other than that it was a super easy and quick check out with no other problems.

Below averageStayed with kids
I have been unable to focus on anything else because of this situation and the sleepless night I experienced. I am genuinely shocked that a property advertised as accommodation for guests would provide a bed in such unacceptable condition. The sofa bed was unusable for sleeping due to the damaged springs and uneven surface. I had no choice but to sleep on the floor.
Frankly, this falls far below the standard that any reasonable guest would expect from accommodation listed on Expedia I chose this property because it was advertised ass “ hotel like “. After I complained Alex offered me $30 compensation.
Offering only $30 compensation feels unreasonable and does not reflect the inconvenience, stress, disappointment, and loss of sleep I suffered. Is a sleepless night, being forced to sleep on the floor, and having my vacation disrupted really worth only $30?
I respectfully request a fair and meaningful compensation that properly reflects the circumstances.
On check-out day, the elevator was extremely slow and even stopped at all floors, causing long delays. Several guests risked missing their transportation.
The staff was not very friendly. I was told I had to leave and could only stay in the lobby for 15 minutes after check-out, which felt strict and unwelcoming.
In practice, the experience was disappointing, and the service did not feel consistent with what is normally expected from a “hotel”-style accommodation.
