On aurait du être avertis qu’un événement spécial avait lieu à notre hôtel. Car se faire refuser l’accès à notre hôtel pour cette événement qui était de recevoir l’équipe du Portugal pour la FIFa était très désagréable.

Overall I was very happy with my stay. Check in was easy and everyone is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast service was very slow. It took quite a while for a sever to approach us and we couldn’t get their attention to ask for coffee refills. The food was very good but for 39 a person for Buffett (which we didn’t have) and 16 for a bowl of oatmeal our bill before tip was almost $50. Yes it was busy but not so busy that someone couldn’t check in with us. We were not the only people waiting as I noticed people around us experiencing the same issue. Maybe they were short staffed but it was still disappointing.
