FantasticStayed with friends
We stayed here on the night of the BTS concert in Tottenham stadium and the location was perfect. Easy to get to and from stadium and good size for up to 6 adults. Property very clean and well equipped. Only downside was the heat but there is an aircon in the living room and they have supplied 2 fans for the bedrooms.

GreatStayed with family · For friends and family
We stayed at Watling St apartments in London and found the location, spot on as tourists, close to three underground stations on three different lines. There's a decent pub directly opposite and loads of places to eat and drink right on the doorstep (we absolutely loved Caravan City in the Bloomberg Arcade, 5 minutes walk) there's a small Sainsburys also less than 5 minutes walk. The apartment was lovely and clean with comfortable beds. I felt the price was very competitive too. Unfortunately the weekend we visited the temperatures were extraordinary high (up to 40 degrees) and the apartment does not have air-conditioning. There was a fan in both the bedroom and the living room but they were totally inadequate for the extreme temperatures. This is by no means a criticism of the accommodation because I knew when I booked it that there wasn't any air-conditioning but at the time of my visit, I would have paid a premium for it.

GreatStayed with family · For friends and family
The stay was fairly good. It is a great location for getting around, close to restaurants and amenities. The communication set up is great and straight forward. I would stay here again if I was coming in for a bit of fun or pub crawling.
This trip I had family with me and it wasn't the best environment for them.
The location is extremely noisy with the pubs below. The evenings were noisy with the people drinking in the streets, and the mornings were early with the garbage/glass collections. We were here during a heatwave so had to have the windows open, so the noise effected us especially.
Overall I'd stay again, it would just be helpful to know if we were booking a street facing room. An extra fan, and sheets/pillow cases for the sofa bed would be nice too.

FantasticStayed with kids
This is exactly what we needed for our family. We loved having extra space and room for our kid/baby to play. The extra bonus of a baby crib/cot and a high chair was wonderful. We loved having access to coffee and tea, and additional paper needs through the hallways without having to ask. The laundry is shared, but minus the jaunt from one building to another, was super convenient especially once we discovered the drying rack. The door was a tad tricky to open but the keypads worked well so our family could split off without sharing keys. We travelled during the heat wave, and although there was no A/C, once we figured out the best placement for the fans, it wasn't too bad. Hot, but manageable. We liked the local furniture and products, and made use of the borrowed tote during our stay. The location was great for an event nearby and easy to get there by transit too.

GreatStayed with family
Great place to stay in Central London - spacious and light, comfortable beds and easy to access. Our only issue was that we were there in the May 2026 ‘heatwave’ and it really was hot. A couple of pedestal fans would go a long way to helping with this at night. Luckily we were able to open all the windows and let some cooler air in eventually. Quite a noisy spot with all the 5am rubbish collections but earplugs were provided and we quite enjoyed hearing the city wake up around us.

FantasticStayed with kids
Very responsive and we didn’t have to worry about anything. It was all smooth sailing. We got to the property 30 min walk with an 8 and 6 year old from King’s Cross and it was a beautiful walk. Lots of cool stops. There were Restaurants beneath the property a the cathedral just down the road, it peeks through to Watling Street and the cobbled path makes it romantic. In the evening of our arrival we cross Southwark bridge and listened to some live Jimi Hendrix and ate fancy cookies. The next day we had a show to catch at 14:00 at Gillian Lynne so we set off for our walk at 9:30 got breakfast near Fleet Street and stopped at Sakurado for some mochi then Laduree where outside was a little street skit. Pollocks toy shop was so sweet all of these in Covent Garden. The show was incredible, we watched Totoro, went to seven dails for supper then walked home. We never needed a taxi. The morning of us leaving, we took the underground which was so close and went to Euston Square and went to the wellcome Collection, had breakfast. We then had pizza before catching our train for 14:00. It was the perfect weekend trip. The kids and adults were all happy. Thank you Bobs property for giving us a good well rest relaxing base to work around.

Below average False advertising and missold - avoid this company!
Honestly a nightmare company, so difficult to use their app. Demand a strict multi step check in process with many different uploads, verification, personal details that other companies don't ask, etc.
On top of this, the property advertised (rooftop apartment) isn't what's listed. They refused to give any reasonable compensation for that too, so clearly they're out to scam people.
Honestly if this wasn't near my office, I would never have booked.

Below averageFor business
Was not in the block requested and promised and there was no microwave for my 5 night stay despite my deluxe apartment listed as having one. Nor were management willing to resolve after I informed them. Would not use this property again. Too impersonal with no dedicated reception. Just some stranger at the end of the phone who shows no accountability. Dreadful!!

Bob W St Paul's is a fantastic location for a visit to London. Watling Street is lovely and a bit noisy at night but in some ways adds to the experience!
