My stay at the Regent was truly an exceptional experience. The flawless design, the highly professional and attentive staff, and the comfortable atmosphere made every moment of my stay worthwhile. While the breakfast selection could have been a bit more extensive, it still covered all the essentials very well. Shanghai is home to many outstanding hotels, but when I think about places truly worth returning to, there are not that many options. This Regent is definitely one of them. In particular, Bailey’s thoughtful service was one of the key elements that made this stay so memorable. Being remembered and reassured that any request would always be welcomed made me feel extremely comfortable throughout my stay. Highly appreciated and recommended to everyone.
