Great location, cute spot. Very small sitting area/living room. Check in through Expedia was overly complex and took way too much time. 1 hr early check in and 1 hr late check out both denied due to cleaner schedule鈥攏ot a catastrophe but also not ideal. Rooms have small in-wall heaters with separate manual thermostats for each. On a cold night, we had issues with thermostats set to 64 running and running until we got very hot in the middle of the night and needed to crack windows and turn all heating off. My advice would be to leave all thermostats set as low as possible at night.

Highly recommend the host was accommodating with a last-minute reservation. Great instructions, easy to access, clean, cool aesthetic, perfect for a quick or long-term stay. Stay safe for one person, dog-friendly, and the host was easy to communicate with and even handled communication for my unique in-between Airbnb situations as a local really well. Would return and would definitely recommend to a friend.

Switched from hotel to bnb due to parking costs. Always loved GreenLake, so looked near there. This was a good location, the right size for a couple, and the full kitchen was a great plus.

Good location. My wife and I are old. Lots of stairs and bathroom on 2nd floor make it difficult for us. Air conditioner was loud - hence earplugs in the bathroom?馃槈. Owner was nice and Mighty O鈥檚 doughnuts are great. We played a round of Pitch and Putt which was fun.

We have stayed at a couple of the owner鈥檚 properties in Seattle and this was our favorite. Great quiet, walkable neighborhood with ample parking. Close to amenities within city. Beds are very comfortable - You could sleep for days.

Great location, close to the lake, surroundings were beautiful. Inside the house very good, I like the order and cleanliness. I just was a little worry of what exactly the noise restrictions levels were.
