It is a pleasant experience overall. Location-wise, it is walkable distance to Darling Harbour, where there are stores for eating, ferry to Circular Quay. Other places like Chinatown, Pittsmall and QVB can be reached by light rail (Convention Stop is just on the other side of the hotel, down the 'ramp' and elevator to level 1 - level 1 to 3 are all carparks). There are 2 nearby convenience stores, the one that is just across the street sells Opal card (transport card) if you need it. The hotel room is quite clean, the facilties within in the room are all good. Do note that there is no blackout curtains and USB socket for charging. Charging points can be used with universal adapter.

the housekeeping staff didn’t make the room up properly and left another room’s trash on our table. The staff was quite apologetic and was thankful for the good service.
