Stayed with family

Didn't have a blanket on single bed. Just sheet and it is winter. No spare blankets provided. There was wood falling apart on wall. Very old amenities. Beds horrendously uncomfortable. Minimal milk supplied for 3 people. Only 3 tiny 2oml containers. Lampshade no shade. Lighting very harsh. Noise of trucks all night long. Won't stay here again.

Dislike that we were required to wash the cutlery with no dish soap available. There was white stuff left on the plates from previous occupant. Not enough blankets for the amount of beds. 2 blankets for 3 beds

Terrible night sleep customer in room 10 played extremely loud music till. I knocked on her door to turn it off Rooms a bit tired looking, was dog friendly which was great but won’t stay again in this place due to noise of other guests

No one was in reception so I had to ring to find the key.. on entering the room the Bed was unmade and Room Not cleaned like someone had just left. I tried to ring the number but no answer so I left. How do I get a refund through Expedia?
