food, transport all nearby should you need to cross harbour to kowloon or just need to travel within HK island. staff all very friendly and courteous. next door is a Instagram favorite mountain road

Had the most amazing time staying at JEN Hotel by Shangri-la! The location was more than ideal and since I booked through Klook, I got a very good deal to stay in one of the higher-ended hotels in Hong Kong. Staff were very friendly and courteous as well. Did not really try the restaurants or bars of the hotel as there were good places to eat around the hotel. Definitely will book here again.
