stayed overnight and the staffs were so kind and courteous. The room was so big and clean. My daughter really enjoyed and had so much fun with their playground and indoor swimming pool. Will definitely go back again this year!

Starting January 2024, bottled water will not be provided in guest rooms. An additional charge of NT$20 per bottle will apply for any additional bottle. Room temperature drinking water is available on each floor; please use the reusable kettle provided in your room.

Starting March 2024, in response to the hotel's environmental policy, Hsinchu Howard Plaza Hotel will no longer provide amenities or bottled water. Travel kits are available for purchase at NT$100 per set; please inquire at the front desk if interested.

Parking is limited and will be on a first-come, first-served basis. Parking spaces will not be reserved (spaces will be allocated by the hotel parking lot staff). If the parking lot is full, please park in a nearby public parking lot.
