i think this is the nicest hotel here in Bacolod, this is a very stylish and well maintained hotel. love everything including the free breakfast, we also love the restaurant for dinner and all their staff’s were welcoming and helpful.

location: it is super near the port, walking distance, but it is far from the main streets. an SM ma is nearby, but u’ll need to ride a tricycle. staff are very nice and accommodating. the rooms are clean and well maintained. a decent sized bathroom as well. the pool is also not bad.

The place is clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. I really loved the hot shower, and the location is a huge plus—very close to the mall and several tourist spots. Unfortunately, there was a typhoon during our visit, but it helped that the area was easily accessible and we could book a Grab without any trouble. We also appreciated the 24/7 security and the direct phone line to the receptionist, who assisted us whenever we needed anything.
