It is always a joy coming back to Go Hotels in Bacolod, and I am happy to see that it has kow upgraded to "Plus" after two years since my last visit. You are still welcomed warmly by the staff and led to a clean and comfortable room. It is also located near the highway and other establishments that one might need. Overall, I had a restful stay here and will definitely book a room here again whenever I visit Bacolod!

me and my brother feel at home! He like this place more than the first one we checked in. He said because it has a lot of space for us to move! 💝 also nearby at robinsons fee steps away! 🧡 Accessible and friendly staffs! the easiest checked in via klook, it took us 3mins at the information then the room is ready! There are also free water at dispenser in the lobby! water heater and free toothbrush (i love the toothbrush looks firm) service: Accomodating hotel location: Perfect for essentials, banks and food restaurants

We had a generally pleasant stay at Go Hotels Plus Bacolod and appreciated the helpfulness and friendliness of the staff throughout our visit. We booked three rooms for three nights for our family. During our last two nights, the air conditioning in one of our rooms broke down, which was inconvenient and required us to transfer rooms. Fortunately, the hotel staff responded promptly and assisted us with the room change, making the situation much easier to manage. One area for improvement is the noise level due to the ongoing construction at Robinsons. Our sons, who stayed in a separate room, found the construction noise noticeable and disruptive at times. Despite these issues, we appreciate the staff’s excellent service and willingness to help. With the construction completed and room maintenance addressed, the guest experience would be significantly improved.
