We enjoyed our less than 24 hours stay at Citadines Bacolod City. The room feels like home, very comforting. We relaxed and rested well. Their breakfast buffet I can recommend always! All the dishes are savory and satisfying. Their Bar Lounge was also very relaxing, from staffs whom assisted us to their signature cocktails, plus very nice music. This I can really say is a must to try when you stay at Citadines. Staffs were very accomodating and well trained to treat every "GUESTS" as VIP. Place also has a playground, a very convenient and child-friendly place. Rates are very reasonable and not bad at all. Hoping to stay with you again soon!

the service was great, although we didn't avail the early check in cause of fully booking, but the extended hours we avail was approved. the transport access also was accessible and easy to locate.

We always choose Citadines for our celebrations because it does not disappoint! 馃グ Celebrated Vlash's 17th birthday and as usual our stay was amazing! Our baby had a wonderful sleep because they always provide us with a FREE use of the crib. Breakfast was 10/10!

We booked 3 Rooms for my son's 14th bday. As always, we felt luxury in everything from the moment we arrived until the time we checked out. Our baby woke up happy because he had a nice sleep. Special Thank you to Jacel in the front desk and to the guy who was on the pool April 5,2025. My kid and his friends loved you, they said you were friendly and professional. Amazing client service as usual Citadines! Thank you for the cake, we appreciate you being so thoughtful. Til our next celebration with you guys! Cheers!
