The spa pools in the public bath are cold. Only the herbal bath and mud bath are hot, which isn't great for winter. The other facilities are okay. Breakfast: I personally really liked it, but it's not available until 8:00 AM. Hotel location: You can take a walk around the area and enjoy the phytoncides. Cleanliness: Overall very clean.

The rooms are large, and the breakfast has a wide variety and is quite special. Overall, the service is good, and the location is super convenient; you can really walk around all day and try all the classic local food in the city center. If you're worried about not eating enough, you can walk around twice. Highly recommend the suite package! 👍

This accommodation is just too, too, too great! It has a five-star feel. The rooms are quite large, and there's afternoon tea, a coffee machine (chocolate, milk tea, coffee), and also Coke and cookies. The breakfast is also very good, with freshly made beef soup! There are also limited parking spaces, and the service is excellent. I recommend everyone to come!

Convenience: Close to Tainan Train Station. Free parking is available in the B3 basement parking lot (limited spaces). You need to call the front desk before entering the gate to have it opened. There is a Ubike rental station at the building entrance. The hotel also offers Gogoro rentals as part of certain promotional packages. Cleanliness: The reception lobby is located on the 8th floor. The rooms and hallways are clean, tidy, and comfortable. Location: Close to Tainan Train Station, Chihkan Tower, Tainan Park, Hayashi Department Store, and other tourist attractions. There are also many local snacks and traditional restaurants nearby. Breakfast: Chinese, Western, and congee with side dishes are all available. Service: There is a racing game in the lobby where you can sign up and play in order. The service staff are all very friendly. There is a snack bar next to the lobby serving food during afternoon tea and late-night hours (for consumption in the lobby only). Please place your finished items in the designated recycling area. Room: The rooms are large and comfortable, and the bathrooms are clean and spacious 👍🏻. The only downside is that the air conditioner's fan is too loud, which affects sleep. I would still like to stay here again next time!

Fully equipped and family-friendly. Highly recommend this hotel for families traveling together. The breakfast is also very diverse with excellent hygiene management. The rooms are clean, quiet, and refreshing spaces. Waking up in a lake-view room, you're greeted by a sparkling✨ lake. Highly recommend visiting here. It was a shame that the typhoon prevented us from having a Starbucks coffee outside the lobby. Looking forward to staying here again next time.

The Tainan Silks Place is great, with convenient parking that you can continue to use the next day. The queen-size bed is very comfortable, and the service staff are friendly, enthusiastic, and lively. It's close to the Shin Kong Mitsukoshi department store and a cultural and creative park where you can take a stroll. The nearby Tainan snacks are also delicious.

Overall, my experience at this hotel was very pleasant. The lobby features a minimalist design, clean and bright, giving a comfortable first impression. The service staff were friendly and professional, and the check-in process was quick and smooth. The room was spacious and clean, the bed was comfortable, and the environment was quiet, allowing for a good rest. The hotel is conveniently located with easy access to transportation and complete surrounding amenities. The breakfast was diverse, of good quality, and the restaurant atmosphere was relaxing. Overall, it is highly recommended for both business and leisure travelers.

Transportation Convenience: Approximately a 15-20 minute walk from Bao'an Railway Station. The sugar factory is right next door; we had a popsicle before checking in! Breakfast: Very vegetarian-friendly, providing a vegetarian stir-fried noodle dish or a vegetarian fried rice dish for vegans. I'm very grateful; no need to worry about not having a staple food to fill up on. The vegetarian breakfast dishes are also very diverse, with clear labeling and distinctions between vegan and lacto-vegetarian options, which is rare. There are at least 5 or more freshly cooked vegetable dishes, which is very touching! I especially like the steamed vegetables, which have a Chinese mainland hotel vibe, because steamed grains are often provided locally in mainland China, but Just Sleep even prepares more ingredients than grains. Super amazing, vegetarian friends must add breakfast, you will definitely not be disappointed. Hotel Location: Within walking distance of Bao'an Station. Walking from the train station to the hotel also passes by the Chimei Museum, so there's no need to find your way the next day. The hotel is next door, literally next door, to the Ten Drum Culture Village. There is a Taiko drum performance at 11:00 am, which travelers recommend to see, it is very exciting. But we only had less than 3 hours, so we could only go to the Chimei Museum first, because the Chimei Museum wins on price. I will arrange to visit the cultural and creative park next time. Cleanliness: The cleanliness is beyond reproach, impeccable! I also really like that the hotel provides a Jinghua Essence book from a cultural publishing house for guests to read, which allows them to better understand the hotel's development philosophy. It's quite inspiring to read and you can get a lot of positive energy! Conclusion: I will come again next time, and I will drive so that the time is more flexible, parking is very convenient here!

Parking is a major issue. We purchased a room with parking, but because there's no control over who enters and exits, even those without parking can park there. The hotel does say that if you can't find a spot, those with purchased parking can park in a nearby lot, and they'll provide their company VAT number for reimbursement of the parking fee upon exit. However, it's a bit inconvenient to walk that distance. On the plus side, there are plenty of restaurants and beverage shops nearby, and a Family Mart convenience store is close by as well.
