The hotel needs to be upgraded seeing as its a 5 star hotel. We had holes in our duvet cover, dirty bath tub and hotel was not as accommodating as when we stayed last summer regarding allergies. Otherwise a pleasant stay and staff are always kind and helpful.

My husband and I live in the US and stayed at LV8 for 8 nights. We had the best experience. The breakfast chefs were incredible, expectations exceeded everyday. The oceanfront pool was such a great amenity. You can’t swim in the ocean in front of the hotel, but still beautiful to walk along and enjoy from the pool. The hotel staff were incredibly helpful. If we were to return to Bali, we would stay here again!

This hotel is so run-down. Curtains in my room were cover in black mold, elevators were out of order. I dont know how this hotel is 5 stars. But this was by far the worst hotel i stayed at during my whole trip to bali.
