It’s a decent hotel and staffs are very courteous and accommodative.

The room was clean and nice. The staff were friendly. Our breakfast was delicious with many food options.

The room was okay, but for 4 stars rating hotel they could do better I guess.

Amazing staff

The restaurant food and service was poor, gym facilities essentially unusable, loud on main street and intersection, and awful food. The breakfast is reasonable. Limited English among staff, so service was wanting. It is not a four star experience at all.

I recently stayed at Swiss Hotel in Kuta, and overall, my experience was satisfactory with a few standout positives and some notable drawbacks. The location is on a busy road, but surprisingly, the room was very quiet — and that was my top priority. I was pleased to have a peaceful, noise-free room, which made a big difference to my stay. I booked the Deluxe Grand room, and the size was good and comfortable. The staff at this hotel are definitely a highlight — polite, professional, and welcoming. From check-in to breakfast service to the car park attendants, everyone was kind and helpful. However, the cleanliness was disappointing. The room, the breakfast area, and the overall property felt dirty and neglected. Everything looks very outdated, which adds to the impression of poor hygiene even if it’s just age-related wear. The bathroom, particularly the bathtub/shower, was not clean. The property, from the entrance to common areas, clearly needs an update and a deep clean. The swimming pool on level 2 is small — not really suited for actual swimming — and the gym was okay but nothing special. Despite the drawbacks, I did extend my stay and poor cleaning become frustrating. Somehow they were asking if I need cleaning and replacement towels were dirty and the never cleaned the shower

Rooms are clean and staff very friendly. Furniture was dated and needs a lock of paint here and there. Otherwise a very good stay.

Mattress needs to be replaced. Too old and no back support now.

The staff at this hotel are attentive and engaging. They genuinely go out of their way to attend to your every need. The property is very well maintained with high standard of cleanliness.
