Padma was essentially very good, but they attempted to refuse us the offers they advertised as attatched to the room saying they were refused because we booked through you & not directly through them .We explained to them that it was false advertising & we expected the added extras to be met. They did eventually. Concede & we got some of the extras but not all.You need to inform your clients booking through you that they may have similar issues .

A very large, well maintained resort with a decent breakfast and very friendly staff. However, not the place to go if you are looking for a quiet, relaxing getaway. Very busy, family friendly with many children. Not overly quiet either.
