Perfect 4 nights stay. Super convenient, new, clean. Very nice new house smell when steps in. I feel like we were the first guests to stay in. Izakaya, family mart, metro, airport limousine bus and even Yamato delivery just within 2 mins walk. Just opposite Takashimaya. Very reasonable priced for family of 5 to stay comfortably. Highly recommend and will definitely stay again.

This place was excellent, very spacious and super clean. Had enough space for all of our bags and more. Personal washer in the room was great.
I would say the only bad thing was that the beds were super hard and had a rough time with them. A Japanese futon is softer.
Other than that, great place, definitely recommend.

Overall a good stay. Please note that there is zero flexibility with check-in or checkout. They would not even grant an extra five minutes.
