The service was warm and attentive, from the greeting and consultation to the tea served afterward. After a 90-minute massage, my entire body felt refreshed and revitalized, like I had been reborn. I highly recommend this to friends traveling to Vietnam; it's definitely the most worthwhile relaxing experience of the trip!

The zoo is spacious (the elephant looks sad) 🥹 (9.5/10). The play area is fantastic, no long lines (10/10). Food and drinks inside are a bit expensive, so it's better to eat outside the gate (cheaper prices). The whole area is very large, so wear comfortable shoes.

The entire trip was wonderful. From booking and paying, contacting customer service, to being picked up at our hotel, the Solaria Hotel Hanoi, the customer service team responded quickly and arranged everything smoothly. The person who came to pick us up the next morning at 8:00 AM was also very punctual. Our tour guide, Johnny Handsome, took such good care of us—from explaining the itinerary beforehand and arranging each sight, to carefully making sure all tour members were present before heading to the next location 👍. Experiencing dining in a cave for the first time was very interesting. The space was luxurious, and the staff were enthusiastic and helpful. The performances were also excellent and meaningful, leaving a strong impression on me.
