Had a wonderful day trip to Biei and Furano! 🍂🇯🇵 Big thanks to Lucy for the great tour arrangements and friendly service, and to the drivers for being punctual, professional and driving safely. Everything went smoothly, and we had an amazing time exploring Hokkaido’s beautiful scenery. Highly recommended! ❤️✨

Alisa was a great guide! Very friendly and helpful! Was stuck in the zoo due to the rain and Alisa went thru the trouble to help me collect my umbrella and send it to us in the zoo! very grateful to what she did! Thumbs up to Alisa!

A well-designed itinerary that allows just enough time to enjoy each destination without feeling too rushed. Our wonderful guide James speak three languages including Chinese and English. He's very attentive and helpful. The lavender is already gone in late September but the other flowers are still in bloom. 100% recommended!

Great for first-time visitors to Hokkaido! This one-day tour covers both the zoo and the popular natural attractions in Biei. Departures are available from two meeting points in Sapporo in the morning, with plenty of free time allotted at Asahiyama Zoo, followed by stops at the Shirahige Waterfall, the Shirogane Blue Pond, and the Ningle Terrace, before returning to Sapporo in the evening. The overall pace is moderate without feeling too rushed, making it a hassle-free and convenient day trip.

We are so grateful to have 柳生导游 as our guide! She really went above and beyond throughout the entire trip. We truly feel how passionate and enthusiastic she is about what she does. She explained everything so clearly and shared so many interesting details, tips and little recommendations along the way. It made the whole journey much more enjoyable and helped us understand and appreciate the places we visited so much more. What really stood out was her genuine care for everyone in the group. She was attentive, approachable and always happy to help. It felt like we weren’t just following a tour itinerary, we were being taken care of by someone who genuinely wanted us to have a wonderful experience. A big thank you as well to the tour company for preparing the thoughtful little gifts for us. Such a lovely touch and a beautiful way to end the experience! An unforgettable trip! Our guide Hong was incredibly knowledgeable about Hokkaido and Ainu culture, and his multilingual skills were impressive. The itinerary was seamless and well-organized. The Blue Pond, Shikisai-no-Oka, and Farm Tomita were absolute highlights. Highly recommended!

बहुत अच्छी व्यवस्था थी। टूर गाइड जेनी ने यात्रा से एक दिन पहले हमसे संपर्क किया और यात्रा कार्यक्रम तथा मिलने के स्थान के बारे में बताया, जो बहुत स्पष्ट और मददगार था। हमें घूमी गई सभी जगहें बहुत पसंद आईं और दृश्यों का आनंद लिया। जेनी ने उन सभी जगहों के बारे में भी समझाया जहाँ हम गए थे। हमें बिइ का ब्लू पॉन्ड, टॉमिका पार्क, शिकिसाइ नो ओका और शिराहिगे झरने विशेष रूप से पसंद आए।
