A well-designed itinerary that allows just enough time to enjoy each destination without feeling too rushed. Our wonderful guide James speak three languages including Chinese and English. He's very attentive and helpful. The lavender is already gone in late September but the other flowers are still in bloom. 100% recommended!

Since I was traveling alone, I thought joining a tour would be the best way to visit the Asahiyama Zoo, so I booked one. It turned out to be a very wise decision. I also got to visit a few other attractions I'd always been interested in, which made me extremely happy.

Great for first-time visitors to Hokkaido! This one-day tour covers both the zoo and the popular natural attractions in Biei. Departures are available from two meeting points in Sapporo in the morning, with plenty of free time allotted at Asahiyama Zoo, followed by stops at the Shirahige Waterfall, the Shirogane Blue Pond, and the Ningle Terrace, before returning to Sapporo in the evening. The overall pace is moderate without feeling too rushed, making it a hassle-free and convenient day trip.

She explained everything so clearly and shared so many interesting details, tips and little recommendations along the way. It made the whole journey much more enjoyable and helped us understand and appreciate the places we visited so much more. What really stood out was her genuine care for everyone in the group. Very well arrange, Jenny the tour guide contact us the day before and explain the itenerary also meeting point, very clear& helpful. Love all the places we visited, enjoy the view very much. Jenny also explained about all places that we visited. Especially love the Blue pond in Biei, Tomica park, Shikisai no oka, Shirahige falls.

An unforgettable trip! Our guide Hong was incredibly knowledgeable about Hokkaido and Ainu culture, and his multilingual skills were impressive. The itinerary was seamless and well-organized. The Blue Pond, Shikisai-no-Oka, and Farm Tomita were absolute highlights. Highly recommended!
