During a recent trip to Seoraksan National Park and Naminara with my sister-in-law, our tour guide, Robert, made the experience truly wonderful. With only 6 people in the group, Robert not only guided us but also drove the van, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable journey.
He was attentive and cheerful, taking the time to understand our personal interests. During our 3 hours at Seoraksan, he offered tailored suggestions—whether we wanted to hike, ride the cable car for scenic views, or explore waterfalls and temples. His local food recommendations also greatly enhanced the trip. At the Hongcheon rest area, he pointed us to delicious walnut cakes filled with red bean paste, and before entering Naminara, he introduced us to dakgalbi, a spicy stir-fried chicken dish that is a local specialty.
Robert is also a skilled photographer, capturing memorable moments for us.
Overall, Robert is a gem, and I highly recommend him to anyone looking for an unforgettable tour experience.
