I was really glad i availed of this transpo service. Driver Wu was great. He bought the tickets for us and even accompanied the group to the top so he can assist with the translation of the attendants’ instructions/directions and even offered to take pictures without being asked. While it may be more expensive than using public transport, the ride was comfortable and we saved a lot of time and energy and allowed us to be back in Myeongdong early.

This time, due to the small number of participants, only our group of five friends signed up for the tour. The travel agency initially asked if we wanted to switch to another Chinese-speaking tour, but we felt an English-speaking tour would be fine. So, the travel agency arranged for a Korean driver who spoke basic English to pick us up from our hotel and take our group of five to the activities. The entire travel experience was simply delightful and unforgettable. I must emphasize that the driver was incredibly friendly and attentive. Our luggage was a bit heavy, and he proactively helped us carry it. He recommended local snacks to us 😋. Knowing we didn't speak Korean, he meticulously clarified details with staff at each attraction and guided us to the correct entrances. For example, when we went luge riding, he accompanied us up the mountain, guided us through putting on safety gear, and showed us how to choose our luge track. Additionally, during meal times, the driver carefully asked the restaurant owner about the barbecue steps and even cooked for us himself, allowing us to savor authentic local cuisine. Therefore, I sincerely want to thank the driver for making our trip so enriching 🫶🏻🫶🏻🥹. Furthermore, we were extremely satisfied with the itinerary and attraction arrangements. It felt like transitioning from a city walk in Seoul to a local tour exploring mountains and rivers. Hwagae Garden was beautiful; there were no other visitors in the early stages of our visit, so we had the entire place to ourselves and could take photos everywhere. Although there was an extra charge to take the monorail up to Hwagae Mountain Skywalk, the scenery was breathtaking. With blue skies and white clouds, walking on the skywalk offered panoramic views of the countryside and a glimpse of the North Korean border in the distance. The locals were also very friendly; even with the language barrier, they actively tried to communicate with us. The monorail ride was also worthwhile, like a slow roller coaster with butterflies fluttering around (this is true, there were many butterflies 🦋), offering beautiful scenery along the way. Gyodong Yongri Market is a small market with a few shops selling traditional local snacks that are hard to find in Seoul. They offered samples to visitors without any pressure to buy. The Jeju yuzu rice crackers recommended by the driver were delicious and highly recommended for purchase! Regarding the food, although the quality was just average, being able to personally experience the local barbecue culture and taste authentic local dishes being prepared was worth trying. The driver's cooking skills were excellent; it was my first time tasting such delicious instant noodles 🥹😋. I really want to ask him for his cooking tips. The luge ride was really exciting and fun, but unfortunately, the itinerary only included one ride. We had to pay extra to ride it two or three times. It was clear that the entire trip was a local tour, with only locals and no other foreign tourists. I really liked this aspect, as it allowed us to truly experience the local culture and the simple, rustic charm of the countryside. There were also very few people at the luge, so there was no waiting in line, and we were able to ride twice quickly. Finally, I want to sincerely thank the driver again. His attentiveness and dedication created an unforgettable memory for our group of five. I truly thank the driver (I hope he sees this review) for silently and diligently taking care of us. We had a wonderful day with Edward! Our is small group of 8 traveled in a comfortable private van. We had so much fun doing the luge, feeding the seagulls, and exploring the Fairy Tale street in Chinatown. Edward was very patient and helped us take many great photos. He also recommended a delicious noodle restaurant for lunch. Highly recommended

I'm truly satisfied! This is the first time I've seen a tour with such a great price, yet such a rich and high-quality itinerary. The tour guide, in particular, was incredibly kind and thoughtful. 10 out of 10 for quality!

Our private car service experience was truly excellent; the entire service process exceeded our expectations! First, a big thank you to Tiina, our contact person. From the initial inquiry and booking to confirming the itinerary before departure, she was incredibly friendly, patient, and responded quickly. She meticulously assisted with and arranged all our questions and itinerary details, making us feel very reassured even before we left. Even with some last-minute requests, she did her best to help, showing that she genuinely wanted us to have the best travel experience. Our driver, Kim, was also very punctual and friendly on the day of the trip. He drove smoothly, making the entire journey comfortable and the pick-up and drop-off process very seamless. We will definitely choose this company again for any future private car service needs!

Ren was a wonderful guide and driver. He was so friendly and helpful throughout the whole process from before the tour and during and even encouraged us to come back and again and to contact him when we are next in Seoul. Because the other tour group canceled, my friends and daughter got a private tour by default, so Ren picked us up from our hotel and dropped us off where we wanted to go at the end. The tour itself was so much fun and educational. We had the best time!!! The glass skywalk was scary (made me think of that glass game on Squid Games) but had amazing views. The cooking portion was interesting and sooooo very delicious. Ren actually went up and down the luge with us because he wanted to make sure that we were safe and had a good time. It was the perfect amount of spots to visit and time to get a good taste of what Seoul has to offer. We definitely want to come back and take some more tours, hopefully with Ren!!! Thank you!!

हमने यह दौरा इसलिए बुक किया क्योंकि हम जल्दी पहुँच गए थे और अपने पहले दिन का पूरा उपयोग करना चाहते थे। मैं यह देखना भूल गया था कि यह सुबह 9 बजे शुरू होता है, इसलिए हमने थोड़ी देर प्रतीक्षा की। हमारे गाइड गेविन समय पर पहुँचे और एक बहुत अच्छे गाइड थे। यह दौरा काफी लचीला है (क्योंकि हमने एक बार घर जाने के लिए कहा था जब हम आराम करने के लिए चेक-इन कर सकते थे और 1 स्टॉप छोड़ दिया था)। उन्होंने वास्तव में अच्छे रेस्तरां की भी सिफारिश की (हम विशेष रूप से गंजंग गेजांग की सिफारिशें ढूंढ रहे थे)। यह भी पसंद आया कि किमची संग्रहालय के दौरे में मेहमानों की राष्ट्रीयताओं के अनुसार कई टूर गाइड होते हैं।

Appreciate having Sky to guide us through the tour! Nice to be away from busy city area to enjoy some activities, other than shopping! Sky has been very welcoming, funny and accomodating throughout! 🙏🏻

Michael was right on time to pick us up and had communicated instructions to meet ahead of time. We had a very interesting day and Michael was very engaging and answered all our questions. His English is very good and was easy to understand. He even got us to the Palace for the Changing of the Guard. We had a group of six so it was very good value for money as well, especially compared to a ship tour. We were also able to move around quicker with the smaller group. I highly recommend Michael and this tour.
