Narusawa Ice Cave

The staff was so nice and charming. When you arrive you are welcomed with a drink and snack, they explain everything to you and are so nice. The view is amazing. The rooms are so cute. I recommend this place to everyone!

Hotel is in a beautiful spot - 10 mins from fijikowaguchiko station. Staff welcoming, helpful and very friendly. do yourself a favour book the Fuji mountain view if you can - we were lucky enough to see mt Fuji from our balcony - truely beautiful. Hotel is dated but still works and looks ok. Facilities were very good within the hotel and their free shuttle bus is a great bonus as well. Overall a very very good hotel. Breakfast was also very good.

Hotel near the forest of Mount Fuji. Large and comfortable yurt suite with a great view of nature.
