A very satisfying hotel! Choosing to stay in Kanayama was the right decision. We happened to visit during a Japanese long weekend, but the room rate didn't increase significantly. The room was clean and relatively new, though the flat pillows were a downside and uncomfortable. Breakfast was fully booked during peak holiday hours, but I was happy to see macaroni salad; it was simple but sufficient, and the environment was very pleasant. Having a washer/dryer (though the dryer didn't fully dry clothes) and an ice machine was great! The only real complaint is that at night, there were touts outside the hotel, smoking and chatting loudly, which felt quite odd for a family-friendly hotel.

The hotel is great, and the staff do their job very well. This hotel is recommended for short stays, like one night. My only personal issue is that the pillows are too firm. Cleanliness: nicely clean

वाह! हमने यहाँ अपना पूरा दिन बहुत आनंद लिया। हम लेगोलैंड होटल में रुके थे और पार्क के खुलने के समय पहुँचना बहुत सुविधाजनक था। बच्चों ने लगभग सभी बच्चों के अनुकूल राइड्स का आनंद लिया। उनकी पसंदीदा ड्राइविंग स्कूल है। मुझे और मेरे पति को मिनिलैंड सबसे ज़्यादा पसंद आया। ऐसा लगा जैसे हमने पूरे जापान का दौरा कर लिया हो।

The rooms are exquisite and spacious, offering excellent views from the higher floors. The service is meticulous and thoughtful, and all facilities are well-equipped. The daily evening snack time is abundant and delicious, and the location is very convenient, with Jinshan Station right at the entrance. It's perfect for both business and leisure travelers.

Close to the north exit of Kanamachi Station. Although quite a few people gather around the nearby convenience store at night, the elevator requires a room key card for access, so it feels relatively safe. I used Yamato Transport to forward my luggage in advance and notified the hotel by email. They kept my luggage safe and proactively offered it to me when I checked in, which was very convenient. There is a large public bath and a sauna, which are very comfortable. The room is small, but more than adequate for me. I was also pleasantly surprised to receive a bunch of complimentary skincare products upon check-in.
