You can use the self-service ticket machine (with Chinese language option) next to the lobby on the 9th floor to exchange tickets. The bathhouse only provides bar soap, and the hairdryer costs 200 Korean Won for 180 seconds of use. On the 8th floor, there's a food court (with self-order kiosks) and a public lounge area. The overall environment is very clean, and it wasn't crowded or noisy on the day I visited; it was very quiet.

we had a great experience. customer service is amazing. the place is a little bit hard to find, our GPS didn't work properly and the Uber driver dropped us off early, but luckily the staff was able to help us. it's across from Olive Young and next to a cold noodle shop and it's on the third floor. I attached a picture of the place, it's in the middle. we had a great massage experience, highly recommend this place.

They have a great selection and additional items. They are not just limited to massages but also have skin care and special therapy for women. Best part was the leg compression machine at the end that made my legs feel amazing with all the walking. Must try!

शानदार सेवा, बेहतरीन आराम। दिन भर पैदल चलने के बाद सही मालिश से ताजगी मिल गई। दबाव एकदम सही था, और एक अप्रत्याशित बात यह थी कि पाद-स्नान (फुट बाथ) लेटे हुए कराया जाता है और साथ में पीठ की मालिश भी मिलती है। यह सेवा ऐसी है कि बार-बार याद आती है। स्वागत करने वाली किम का सेवा भाव प्रथम श्रेणी का था, वह बेहद विनम्र थीं, और कई सुखद सरप्राइज मिले जिससे मैं बहुत खुश हुआ।

It was an amazing experience! I ve booked signature and it was 3 hours of pure heaven. I chose hard and it actually was hard even for me hahah (usually its really not). I enjoyed every second of it !

Landed from my flight at 5am and booked the VIP package for same morning - best idea ever. I went through a sauna, shower, bath, scrub, mud mask, body massage and even hair care all in one place! The woman who attended to me didn’t really speak English, but I definitely got the scrubdown of a lifetime. Even received a free tea and fullsized skincare products at the end! This was my first Korean body scrub/spa experience and it certainly won’t be the last.

The whole staff were so nice and welcoming! The service was wonderful and experienced was very good ☺️I would highly recommend this place for visitors to come and purchase the whole massage and facial services!
