Had a great day with my guide Joanna! it was the first day Typhoon Champi hit so Yehliu Geopark was closed, but she took me to Heping Island GeoPark in Keelung instead. this led to a stop at Zhengbin Port Color Houses which i didn't think I'd get a chance to see on this vacation so I'm grateful she took me here. she also got me pastries from a famous bakery nearby. the waterfall is beautiful of course but there are a lot of stairs and it was raining pretty hard so wear good shoes. and the 2 things I was most excited about was releasing lanterns at Shifen and the red lanterns of the alleys and tea house of Jiufen. we got there early so Joanna was worried they wouldn't light up the lanterns, but they did and before 5pm! (maybe because it was getting dark earlier due to the typhoon). she got me her favorite mochi to try at one of the stalls and even helped me haggle with a shop keeper to get a better deal. happy experience with a great guide!

You definitely have to book a tour with Guide Yoon! Without a second thought, you must do the Youngshim Tour!! At first, because someone was late to the meeting point, I wondered if the guide might be a bit sharp, but no, not at all ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ She was just very straightforward and loud. Every time she spoke, we burst out laughing; she was so entertaining and clearly pointed out places we didn't really need to visit and things we didn't need to buy. Since we did the tour right on our first day, we got so many great tips that we used well throughout our trip haha. She is truly, genuinely passionate about good food, so she gave us a ton of restaurant recommendations, and the fruit at Shifen Waterfall—which she called a fruit hotspot—was genuinely delicious ㅋㅋㅋ I'm kicking myself for only buying one pack of mangoes... 😂 Everywhere we went, she gave passionate explanations and shared useful tips, so we had a really comfortable and great tour. We ran into Guide Youngshim waiting for a tour in our hotel lobby on our last day, and we were so glad to see her!!! Even in that brief moment, she yelled out, "Don't go here or there today~~!!" ㅋㅋㅋㅋ Anyway, she was the absolute best! If I ever get to travel to Taipei again, I'd want to request Guide Youngshim specifically for a tour, even if it's a different one~~~ Thank you for a wonderful and fun tour!!!

The place were nice and astounding. The car was ao comfortable and the ride was so smooth. The driver, Jackson, was nice too. Unfortunately, we came to the grassland that's full of fog. Therefore, we have another reason to come back to Taiwan, to take photo with clear and nice view of Grassland. It was a nice day tour. We all had fun!

यह मेरा पहला टूर था और मेरे द्वारा किए गए अन्य तीनों में से यह सबसे अच्छा था! गाइड ज़ो (Zoe) बहुत ही जानकार, दयालु और मिलनसार थीं। हमारे पास 2 वैन थीं, और हम भाग्यशाली थे कि दूसरी वैन नई होने के बावजूद वह हमारे साथ बैठीं 😄। यांगमिंगशान घास का मैदान इस यात्रा का मुख्य आकर्षण था! हम में से कुछ लोग चोटी पर चढ़ने में कामयाब रहे और तय समय के भीतर वापस आ गए, इसलिए ऐसा महसूस नहीं हुआ कि हमने कुछ खास छोड़ दिया है। इसके बाद, इकोलॉजिकल पॉन्ड की सैर भी बहुत अच्छी रही! दोपहर का भोजन लोगों को जानने का एक अच्छा समय था, और आसपास के इलाके में टहलना बहुत प्यारा था। उसके बाद, सार्वजनिक हॉट स्प्रिंग, फ्लावर क्लॉक और संग्रहालय हमें कम दिलचस्प लगे, लेकिन ज़ो ने हमें अच्छी तरह से व्यस्त रखा। सल्फर वैली और बेइतोउ हॉट स्प्रिंग के आसपास की सैर अच्छी थी। उन्होंने हमें खाने और करने के लिए चीज़ों की सिफारिशें दीं। छोटे समूहों के टूर हमेशा सबसे अच्छे होते हैं। धन्यवाद ज़ो!

We were so lucky to meet Joanna again at the Taipei National Palace Museum! Her explanations were clear and accessible, blending rich historical knowledge with many fascinating little stories that kept us from just skimming the surface of the artifacts. The entire experience was relaxed yet fulfilling, and you could truly feel Joanna's passion for history and culture. It was a truly worthwhile guided tour experience, highly recommended! ❤️

शानदार यात्रा! हमारी टूर गाइड, जेनी, बहुत जीवंत और ऊर्जावान थीं। साथ ही, हमारा समूह विभिन्न राष्ट्रीयताओं से बना था, जिसने इसे अद्भुत बना दिया। अंत में, मौसम भी बहुत अच्छा था, जिससे हम यात्रा कार्यक्रम में सभी स्थानों पर जा सके। अत्यधिक अनुशंसित!

It's great way to visit all famous museums if you are crunched with time. However our tour guide had a bit difficulty in explaining the area/ history in english but you can still understand him a bit & he's sweet! Hassle free transfer to different museums especially in this June heat!

I had an amazing walking tour with Lina. She is very knowledgeable and explained the entire history of Taiwan in a concise manner. I would highly recommend the tour to anyone just coming to Taiwan. Its a great crashcourse to understand the history of Taipei and Taiwan. I highly recommend going on this tour. Thank you so much, Lina for being a wonderful guide and giving us awesome recommendations for things to do in Taiwan.

I had the best time one my tour with Kia! our tour was small only 4 people and it was so great because we got to bond with Kia as well as the other 2 people ok the tour. The pace was just right and Kia always made sure we were take care of. definitely a highlight of my Taiwan trip!
