very nice hotel!! My partner likes it and probably will book this again next trip. It is next to several good cafe's and shopping brands that we enjoyed! service: Good!

This time, I stayed at this hotel with my mom to visit a friend in Taipei. My mom arrived before me, and you were worried she wouldn't feel comfortable sleeping alone. But she said it was quite nice and very bright. Plus, they upgraded us to a wonderful, sun-drenched room! Even though I have severe allergies and asked for two extra large towels, they forgot both days. I even left a note on the desk. It must have been a foreign cleaner because I communicated with them in English, asking them to pay attention to the small tip on the desk and the request from the previous line. Perhaps they didn't fully understand Chinese, and I don't blame them. Later, the lady who upgraded us brought the towels up herself. Thank you so much; you made us feel like this hotel has a lot of heart and is truly excellent. When I return to Taipei, I will definitely stay at the FX Hotel Taipei, and I'll be a frequent guest! It's very comfortable, and after soaking, there's no unpleasant sulfur smell on you ☺️ The soundproofing is decent; I didn't hear any overly loud noises. It's really good 👍 You don't have to go far; there's a relaxing place like this right in the city center!

We had a pleasant stay. Our room was spacious and had a really nice vibe, and the staff were very accommodating. The room also had a balcony with a view of Taipei 101 😊 I really loved that the entire wall facing the balcony was a big sliding glass door, as we enjoy having plenty of sunlight coming in. and did I mention they have a smart toilet? it’s the best! 👌🏻 We didn’t get to enjoy our free breakfast during our stay due to our early tour schedule, so maybe next time. The location is easy to find and is about a 5–10 minute walk to Raohe Night Market, depending on your pace. Overall, it was a great experience! We’ll definitely stay here again next time. 😉

Perfect stay! The location is crazy good. Right opposite to MRT Shongshan station. The rooms are exactly as described and clean, tidy. The staff is very friendly, breakfast was delicious and the views from the terrace is good. Highly recommended.

The location combined with the price is truly unbeatable. It's the top choice for business trips. When booking through Klook, I couldn't find my reservation using the self-check-in machine and needed assistance from the staff. The staff member was very friendly and helpful with the check-in process. The only downside might be the poor soundproofing; you can hear doors closing and people walking outside.

Convenient Transportation: Immediately accessible upon exiting the MRT station. Service: The staff were very attentive and polite. Cleanliness: Clean and tidy, though some of the facilities show their age, such as the room walls. Breakfast: Although the space is small, the environment is clean and tidy, and basic Western and Chinese options are available.

The accommodations are generously proportioned, and the complimentary beverages, including a delightful tea selection, are provided in abundance. The only downside is that the hallway looks a little old.

Convenient Transportation: Getting to the American Institute in Taiwan (AIT) is incredibly easy! It's only a 2-minute walk from the MRT exit. Service: The staff are very friendly. Since I was going to AIT, it was also very convenient to store my luggage. Breakfast: They offer both Chinese and Western options, including hot food, salad, and bread. However, the selection isn't extensive. It's small but well-curated and efficient, though not particularly memorable in terms of taste. Cleanliness: I've stayed twice. The first time, there was a slight water stain on the wall, but the second time, it was very clean and new. Even the air conditioning was much quieter! The air was also fresh with no strange odors!
