The front desk is very kind service: The service is very good. The room is very clean. transport access: very near to bus and taxi hotel location:very near to mall, restaurant, fast food, and grocery cleanliness: very clean from bed to washroom

Had a great experience! Stayed here for 15 nights, and I couldn’t be happier with my stay. The staff, from reception and security to housekeeping, were all hospitable, accommodating, and supportive. On my first day, I requested to move to another room because I preferred a view of the Burj Al Arab. They didn’t hesitate and kindly gave me one of the best rooms. Special mention to Haretta for accommodating all my requests, I really appreciate it! I will surely come back here next year. Thank you, Novotel Dubai Al Barsha! ‘Til next time! ❤️
