some rooms smells like cigarette but its towels and water are always refilled and changed. Breakfast buffet is good with varieties and can request omelette. Near bus stop and Carefour. Pool is ok and gym is good. Shuttle not available at this moment.

Had a great experience! Stayed here for 15 nights, and I couldn’t be happier with my stay. The staff, from reception and security to housekeeping, were all hospitable, accommodating, and supportive.
On my first day, I requested to move to another room because I preferred a view of the Burj Al Arab. They didn’t hesitate and kindly gave me one of the best rooms. Special mention to Haretta for accommodating all my requests, I really appreciate it!
I will surely come back here next year. Thank you, Novotel Dubai Al Barsha! ‘Til next time! ❤️
