had a beautiful and amazing day visiting Yufuin, Beppu, Kinrin Lake, and Dazaifu! was the only English-speaking guest on the tour, while most of the other guests were part of the Chinese-speaking group. But thanks to our wonderful tour guide, Nana, I never felt left out or like I was on my own. Nana-san translated everything for me in English, took my phone number just in case I got or lost, made sure I had a comfy seat, and constantly checked that I was okay. She was so warm, funny, and genuinely thoughtful. She even reco a great place for ice cream at Honeybees! It honestly felt like I had my own little travel buddy for the day My fave part of the trip was Kinrin Lake. I was honestly amazed by how beautiful it was Beppu was also incredible. we couldn’t go on the Beppu Ropeway because of the weather, Dazaifu was under construction during my visit. Yufuin was probably the least enjoyable part for me because it felt quite touristy and crowded ended up having such a wonderful time.

Yufuin Village was absolutely beautiful and had so many shops and things to explore, especially along the alley leading to Yufuin Station. My eyes were literally “drooling” from all the beautiful things I saw! 😍✨ Thank you, Aida, for making the experience even more special! 💕

This was an enjoyable trip. Although it was drizzling, it didn't affect the overall tour route. Our guide, Yang Liu, explained everything very clearly and used a large sign to indicate meeting times, which was very helpful. The time spent in Yufuin was quite sufficient; we visited the owl cafe and were surprised by how many owls were there. We could pet them and take plenty of photos, which was a great experience. Afterward, we went to Beppu Kamado Jigoku, where everyone received a hot spring egg, and then to Dazaifu Tenmangu Shrine. The itinerary was a bit tight, but being able to visit three places in one day satisfied tourists who want to see many attractions with limited time. Overall, it was great value for money and highly recommended.

We had Kevin as our tour guide and recommended the Horse Cream! I highly recommend getting the horse cream with the coupon. Kevin was the best tour guide, very clear and consise with the guide. and a really funny personality. would 100/10 recommend booking with the tour and see if you can ask for Kevin! the tour and stops were about on time, and you get to experience so much in this guide!

I had booked this tour led by guide Nana, but since I was staying overnight in Kumamoto that evening, I realized right before departure that it didn't quite fit my schedule. Guide Nana immediately helped me switch to a more suitable tour led by guide Zhou. It poured rain on the day of the tour, but guide Zhou thoughtfully looked after all the team members the entire way. She was enthusiastic and cheerful, bringing laughter wherever we went. When an American joined the group as we left Kumamoto Castle, guide Zhou took turns explaining everything in both Chinese and English all the way. Listening to her native-sounding English introduction was also a treat. Finally, when we were about to leave, guide Zhou asked the driver to drop us off right at the station entrance so we wouldn't get soaked in the rain while pulling our luggage. In short, I am very grateful to the two enthusiastic guides I met this time. Even though it was a rainy day, my heart was filled with sunshine the whole way.

If you're looking for the absolute best guide, Tae is the one! He was super duper nice, incredibly friendly, and made the entire experience so warm and welcoming from start to finish. As a huge bonus, he is SO good at taking pictures! He truly knows all the best angles and spots, so you’ll walk away with amazing photos for your memories (and your feed!). it was great tour! everything was simple easy and straight forward. definitely recommend anyone visiting Fukuoka for the first time. my only add would be the yanagawa boat ride, it should've organised a little better and clearer by the boat company. a lot of us were confused and ended up waited extra long for the ride unnecessarily. so that our time left for lunch was less and rush.
