The hotel's location is convenient and not too far from the station, in a quiet and peaceful area. I stayed for three days and two nights. I had two breakfasts and two dinners (purchased as add-ons), plus a cake (also an add-on). All four meals were different and incredibly generous. Most of the hotel staff can communicate in English, especially Daisuke and Funase, who were very polite and hospitable. The three private hot springs are beautiful, and I recommend booking them in advance. I would definitely recommend this place to friends and family for a return visit! 👍🏻👍🏻

My overall stay was excellent, I'd give it a 99 out of 100. The remaining point is my hope that the hotel will continue to maintain its high-quality service and constantly improve. I look forward to staying again.
Breakfast: Very Japanese style, delicious.
Service: The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful with any questions.
Convenience of Transportation: Station shuttle service is available after 3 PM - 5 PM, by reservation.
Cleanliness: The room was spacious, and the hot spring bath was comfortable.

It's very convenient; you can reach it within 10 minutes of getting off at the bus terminal. For me, both dinner and breakfast were satisfying, and the staff were very friendly. At dinner, an auntie even offered to take our picture. The hot spring area has both indoor and outdoor baths, typical of a traditional hot spring inn.

Location is excellent. Short walk to the main shopping street. Love the private bath, three in total, single, double, and outdoor, all private and first come first served. Nice little kitchen with xooking amenities.

Service: The front desk staff were very friendly. Transportation convenience: It's about a 10-minute walk from the station to Shuho-kan, but it took us longer because there were shops to browse along the way. I highly recommend staying here!

Highly recommended!
Our tour guide, Carson, was very kind and friendly. He proactively helped us take photos and recommended great sights and food. Plus, he speaks English, Cantonese, and Mandarin, which made communication very easy!
Carson's time management was excellent. All group members were punctual, and no one was late, making the trip very smooth!
Kyushu Zoo... being able to enjoy the air conditioning on the tour bus while watching the animals was a real treat for my parents, haha!
Yufuin is definitely worth visiting. Carson's recommendations for eel rice and croquettes were delicious. You absolutely must try them!
It's a shame we only had two hours... not quite enough time to explore the entire Yunotsubo Street...
I hope the next trip can be scheduled for three hours!
I will definitely join again!

यह बहुत मज़ेदार था और आपको एक दिन में बहुत कुछ देखने को मिलता है। बस एक बात का ध्यान रखना होगा कि आपको अपने समय के प्रति सचेत रहना होगा। जिस जगह आप जा रहे हैं, उसके केवल एक क्षेत्र पर ध्यान केंद्रित करना बहुत आसान हो सकता है और इससे पहले कि आप जानें, आपका समय लगभग समाप्त हो जाता है और आपको बस में वापस जाना पड़ता है। मेरे गाइड केविन थे और वह अद्भुत थे! केविन में बहुत अच्छी ऊर्जा थी, वह बहुत दयालु थे और उन्होंने मुझे सब कुछ अंग्रेजी में समझाया - क्योंकि मैं संयुक्त राज्य अमेरिका से हूँ। मैं कुछ स्नैक्स/भोजन पैक करने की सलाह देता हूँ क्योंकि आप दर्शनीय स्थलों की यात्रा में इतने व्यस्त हो सकते हैं कि आपको वहाँ कुछ लेने का मौका न मिले और इसलिए भी क्योंकि भोजन प्रदान नहीं किया जाता है। कुल मिलाकर मेरा पसंदीदा हिस्सा यह है कि पूरी यात्रा कितनी सुंदर है!
