We booked the private transfer from Kuala Lumpur to Genting Highlands on April 7th, and the entire experience was completely seamless. The drive up to Genting Highlands can be winding, but our driver navigated it perfectly, ensuring a very smooth and relaxing ride the whole way up. This took all the stress out of our transit. We recently traveled by bus from Cameron Highlands to Kuala Lumpur and had a very positive experience overall. We initially debated between taking a coach or booking a private sedan. In the end, we chose the Unititi bus due to its comfort and more affordable price point, and it turned out to be a great decision. We booked the 8:30 am departure, which worked perfectly as it allowed us to arrive in Kuala Lumpur early and make the most of the day for sightseeing and exploration. There are several eateries open from around 7:00 am just across the Tanah Rata bus terminal, so it was easy to grab a quick breakfast before the journey. The ride itself was smooth and comfortable, taking slightly under four hours with one toilet stop along the way. Overall, it was a pleasant and fuss-free journey. We would highly recommend this option to anyone traveling between Cameron Highlands and Kuala Lumpur.

Everything went smoothly for the transfer from Kuantan to KL. The transport provider emailed me and the driver Mr Jaya WhatsApp me one day before the trip. Even though the pickup was scheduled for 12 noon, we saw Mr Jaya’s van parked beside the hotel at 10.30am. Mr Jaya was patient, giving my elderly parents time to slowly board and alight from the van. He was also considerate, stopping twice during the 4.5-hour journey for us to take toilet breaks. He also helped us to load and unload our luggage and bags, and drove carefully, ensuring our safety.

Punctual, comfortable car, great communication and safe drivers. As an added bonus the operator is a tour company so I was able to easily organise a tour during my stay in Cameron Highlands. Highly recommended

It was a modern, clean bus. The seats were comfortable too. There were charging options for cell phones and free WiFi. Departure was on time and the ride went smoothly.

Excellent service. The driver arrived early and kindly assisted us with our luggage. We were also able to clear customs more quickly as we used the bus lane, making the journey smooth and hassle-free.
