Mr Miniam came early to fetch us from our hotel. We came back to hotel late due to some delay in the morning trip to Mossy Forest (also booked via Klook). Good thing that both the morning trip and this private transfer trip we booked thru KLOOK was arranged by the same person (Gwen) and he was able to give Mr Miniam heads up on the status of our earlier tour. Mr Miniam was very patient with us, waited for us to check out the hotel and gave us a warm welcome before starting the journey. His Toyota MPV is very new (apparently he said only a month old) and in very clean and good condition, we had a very comfortable ride from Cameron Highlands to Ipoh. Thanks Mr Miniam. And not to forget, thanks to Gwen too who made the morning Mossy Forest tour and the private transfer arrangements for us hassle free.

The driver was in time, he called me and messaged me when we reached, very friendly and helpful driver.

The service was great as the driver is puncturally waiting at the airport for us. The ride was very smooth. The driver also stopped by at a couple of Diewlian stand for us to taste the local delicacy. The service was superb. 服務：

comfortable car. driver is polite and helpful in loading the luggage. car arrived 10 min before the appointment time which is very impressive. since the drive is 3 hours, driver stopped in a mid-point to allow toilet needs.

Mr Din our driver is careful driver. He is friendly and extremely helpful, he heeded to our extra request of bringing us from our hotel to a place for our lunch (not in the itinerary) after checking with his boss, he waited for us patiently and gives us tips about where to explore in Cameron Highland. We are truly blessed to have Mr Din as our driver.

We got Mike as the driver, and we were very impressed with his services and driving. Even though we booked a 4 seater car, we were provided a big van and mini van for our long drive! The POC Gwen is also very responsive and helpful during our trip. Will definitely book again!
