Our family recently booked a van transfer from Port Barton to Puerto Princesa, and we had a very pleasant experience. The transfer was very smooth, in fact I requested with the operator to change my pick up time and they process the changes quickly without hassle.

The trip was okay. The only thing to pay attention to is the direction of the route when booking. The information was really unclear. I ended up booking the wrong direction. In the confirmation voucher, all the information regarding the time, pickup point, and arrival point matched. But the subtitle said the opposite. Fortunately, the prompt contact for assistance resolved it immediately.

Our flight was diverted due to weather and we finally arrived to Puerto Princesa 4 hours late. Fortunately, the provider arranged a new driver for us. Thank you so much!
