Transport in El Nido

El Nido is really beautiful! Secret beach is cool! I want to highlight the boat crew members from the tour guide Kuya Saldy, captain Kuya Tutong, members Kuya Toto, Kuya Jojo, Kuya KP, & Kuya Kulot (I hope I got their names right) for amazing and fun tour. Besides telling us the do’s and don’t’s and the rules at the start of the tour, Kuya Saldy also communicated beforehand about the weather conditions and if we were able to follow the itinerary as safety comes first. He suggested an option and so far it didn’t disappoint. He is also has a good sense of humor same as the crew members which made the tour more fun and memorable. I don’t know how to swim and everyone was very kind and helpful to me so I really enjoyed this tour! Kudos to the team!

Our family recently booked a van transfer from Port Barton to Puerto Princesa, and we had a very pleasant experience. The entire process was smooth, convenient, and well-organized from start to finish. The driver arrived on time, was professional and courteous, and ensured that everyone was comfortable throughout the journey. The van was clean, well-maintained, and spacious enough to accommodate both passengers and luggage comfortably. Despite the long drive, the ride felt safe and relaxed. What we appreciated most was the driver’s careful driving and friendly attitude. He was respectful, helpful with our bags, and made the trip stress-free, allowing us to simply enjoy the beautiful scenery along the way. Traveling between Port Barton and Puerto Princesa can be a long journey, but this transfer service made it easy and comfortable for our family. We felt safe, well taken care of, and arrived at our destination without any issues.

we had a seamless experience on the ferry. we arrived at the ticket office at 6:30am and exchanged our ticket with only 1 person ahead of us in line. boarding for the ferry was from 7-7:25am, we departed at 7:34am, and we arrived at 11:30am, exactly 4 hours later. it was a beautiful sunny day so the rocking was minimal. overall great experience!

The transfer was very smooth, in fact I requested with the operator to change my pick up time and they process the changes quickly without hassle.

The trip was okay. The only thing to pay attention to is the direction of the route when booking. The information was really unclear. I ended up booking the wrong direction. In the confirmation voucher, all the information regarding the time, pickup point, and arrival point matched. But the subtitle said the opposite. Fortunately, the prompt contact for assistance resolved it immediately.

Kuya Jeff arrived on time. Aside from being helpful, he was very generous sharing with us his knowledge of the place. He made sure we maximized the 4-hr van rental. He's not just a driver - he's a tour guide. And the van was very new - we had a very comfortable ride.

Our flight was diverted due to weather and we finally arrived to Puerto Princesa 4 hours late. Fortunately, the provider arranged a new driver for us. Thank you so much!
