We had a wonderful experience with our private driver, Gugun, during our trip to Jakarta. The driver is a kind person, punctual and professional. The experience is great and we were very happy. The kids enjoyed the trip even it was raining so hard in white crater. They enjoyed playing with the rain in Kawah Putih.

ड्राइवर नेला की अंग्रेजी बहुत अच्छी थी, और हमें उनसे बात करने में कोई समस्या नहीं हुई। वह बहुत ईमानदार थीं और उन्होंने हमसे अतिरिक्त टिप या किसी अन्य अस्पष्ट शुल्क की मांग नहीं की। मैंने ऑनलाइन जो दर्शनीय स्थल खोजे थे, उनके अलावा उन्होंने हमें अन्य जगहों पर भी घूमने का सुझाव दिया। जब हमें पता नहीं होता था कि कहाँ खाना है, तो वह आस-पास के रेस्तरां या कैफे का सुझाव भी देती थीं। यदि आवश्यक होता, तो वह हमें सबसे अच्छे कोण से तस्वीरें लेने के लिए गाड़ी से उतरकर ले जाती थीं, और हमारी तस्वीरें लेने में भी खुशी-खुशी मदद करती थीं।
